HealthStar provides the details for all measurements your patients record. You can reach the measurement page in multiple ways.
1. From the Members page, click on the graph icon in the Actions column
2. From a Member Detail page, click on the Measurements button in the top right
Once you reach the Measurements page, you can change the time-period using the date selector in the top right of the page
Each day has one data point on the weight graph. If a patient has taken more than 1 reading, they are averaged and represented by a single data point in the graph.
Each source of steps data is represented by a different color on the graph with he legend defining the data source. If the user has a step target that is represented as a line on the graph.
By default each medication is represented by a single row. If there are multiple doses for that medication, the colors represent:
Green - all doses taken
Yellow - more than one but not all doses taken
Red - no doses taken
Grey - no medication prescribed on that day
To see the details of each medication, simply check the "Show Details" button in the Medication Adherence box header. This will expand the chart to show the individual doses below each row.
