The History screen allows you to see your activity trends over the last 30 days.
Every time you open this screen, you will see your daily tasks. Beneath each task there will 30 bars of either gray, green, or red color. Each bar represents a single day out of the last 30 days. As you can see below, the bars are grouped into weeks.
A bar of red color indicates that you failed to complete that specific daily task on that day. Too many red bars means that you have not been following your prescribed regimen properly. It's important to keep updating HealthStar and completing your daily tasks.
A bar of green color indicates that you successfully completed the specific task on that day. Congratulations! We encourage our users to see how many green bars in a row they can receive.
A bar of gray color means you were not assigned to do that task on that day.
A bar of orange color means the task was partially completed. It's important to remember that if you start a task, you should finish it to completion.
