Patients can access the assessment using the Pattern web app (recommended) or using the Pattern mobile app.
To access the assessment using a web browser, use the invite code link provided.
Patients will then be able to register (if applicable) and proceed with taking the assessment.
IMPORTANT: You cannot be logged in as a provider in your browser at the same time as patient accessing an assessment. We recommend using a different computer or tablet for completing assessments. If you must use the same computer, ensure you are logged out of the Pattern Provider Console. You will need to use an incognito window for the patients.
